Fredo

To use an often said poetic term - Fred is the man with the van - a man with a crashed van - and now a new one. The need for the van is two fold - Fred loves to ride his Vespa scooter and is a tireless volunteer for helping with the sound installation of the parties. He most graciously offered to get a van for himself to haul his scooters to rallies and also to help with the transportation of the Sonic Beating Sound Pump. The first van he bought was a small tool box that he crashed on the race track we Bostonians call Storrow Drive. The new van is a big tool box and he so far has been very lucky - missing the cars on those hairpin turns.

Besides a lover of speed and power, Fred is also one of the most technically proficient of the group. A paid hacker, he has strong kung fu and keen hacking skills. There isn't a single piece of electronic gear or process that Fred can't immerse himself in and totally master within a short period of time. It's a strong sense of curiosity that drives him to further learn and push his boundaries.

This urge to further his understanding of the technical universe falls naturally in line with psytrance and the general mentality of its participants. It is even translatable in the way the music is mixed and performed at parties . very technical and digital. Fred has recently started DJ-ing psytrance and is immersing himself in the process. He is currently doing a radio show at one of the local college's on Saturday nights . honing his DJ skills. Look forward to hearing Fred rock out at our events in the near future . it won't take him long to master the process and the dance floor.

On the flip side of Fred's technical acumen there is a friendly and genuine soul. A truly kind person, he is always calm and collected with a warm smile. He is very "for real" and won't waste your time with any BS. He is a welcome addition to our crew and an invaluable component in maintaining our positive energy and direction.
